Terms of Service
Tirupur City Fibernet
We kindly request that all customers thoroughly review our Terms of Service before subscribing to any of our FTTH broadband plans. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tirupur City Fibernet reserves the right to modify, update, or make changes to these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly check for any updates or changes.
Service Availability and Interruptions
Our services are provided in accordance with the specific broadband plan you select during registration. Any interruptions or issues with the service should be reported immediately to our customer service team to ensure timely resolution. Please note that broadband speeds and bandwidth depend on the plan you choose. If you wish to upgrade or modify your plan, kindly contact our customer support team.
Billing and Payments
Invoices for our services are generated by the 15th of every month. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all bills by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in late fees, penalties, or suspension of services.

- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Standing instructions on your bank account
- Cheques, demand drafts, or pay orders
- Cash payments at one of our branch offices
- Online payments via NEFT or IMPS
- Phone banking
For payments via cheques, demand drafts, or pay orders, they must be made payable to the account specified at our National Capital Region of Delhi branch. Outstation cheques are not accepted, and any such cheques will be returned to the customer’s registered address. Additionally, a postage charge of ₹150 will apply, along with any late fees if applicable.
Installation and Refunds
If for any reason our ground inspection determines that installation is not feasible, we will issue a full refund of the installation charges within 15 working days. Please note that our technicians will provide technical support to the best of their abilities. However, we are not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
Plan Modifications and Service Suspension
Tirupur City Fibernet reserves the right to discontinue or suspend services at any time, with or without prior notice, if necessary. This may occur due to non-payment, misuse of services, or any other breach of our terms.
Service and Legal Agreements
By signing up for our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in the suspension of services or legal action. Any changes to these terms will be updated on our website, and customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed. These Terms of Service are designed to provide clarity and protect both our company and customers. We value transparency and aim to provide a smooth and efficient service to all our users.
