Your Guide to Our Terms and Conditions
At Tirupur City Fibernet, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. To ensure smooth service and clarity, we have outlined our terms and policies regarding subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, installation, and more. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. If you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All cancellations must be processed through authorized channels.
Broadband Speed Guarantee
As per the regulations set by TRAI, you are entitled to receive a minimum of 80% of your subscribed broadband speed from the ISP’s node to your router. We strive to meet or exceed these standards for a better user experience.
Understanding Internet Speed and Wi-Fi
Wireless connections, such as Wi-Fi, offer convenience but may not always provide the same speed and stability as a wired connection. Factors like distance from the router, physical obstructions, and interference from other devices can impact Wi-Fi performance. We recommend using a wired connection (LAN or Ethernet) for the most reliable speeds, particularly for activities that require high bandwidth, such as gaming or streaming. For those who rely on Wi-Fi, placing your device closer to the router and minimizing interference from other devices will improve performance. Utilizing the 5 GHz frequency band also helps with speed, though it covers a smaller area. If you need stronger Wi-Fi coverage, consider using extenders or boosters.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription cancellations made mid-month. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds, discounts, or other considerations may be offered in specific circumstances at our discretion, but this does not obligate us to offer the same in future cases.
Installation Terms and Conditions
One-time Installation Fee: We charge a non-refundable installation fee of ₹1000. Security Deposit for ONT (Optical Network Terminal): For Wi-Fi ONT, the security deposit is ₹2000; for wired ONT, it is ₹1500. These deposits are refundable upon cancellation, provided all equipment is returned in good condition. If installation is not feasible in your area, we will refund any installation fees paid within 15 working days. Cancellations initiated by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of installation fees.
Broadband Connection Cancellation
To cancel your broadband service, you must provide a 3-day notice and state the reason for cancellation. This policy applies across all package and data plan options. Please note that promotional offers and package plans may change at our discretion, and customers are advised to check our plans regularly for updates.
Residential Usage Only
Our residential broadband packages are strictly for home use. Commercial usage or renting/leasing the service for business purposes is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.
KYC and Registration
To register for our services, you will need to provide KYC documents as required by law. You must also complete an online registration form with details like your name, address, mobile number, and the plan you wish to subscribe to. By signing up, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Plan Modifications and Service Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any of our plans or services with or without notice due to unforeseen events, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any compensation or refunds in such cases.
Service Disruptions and Liability
In the event of service interruptions, please contact our support team immediately. While we strive to resolve issues quickly, we are not liable for any damages resulting from service disruptions. Additionally, all installation hardware remains our property, and customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment during or after the service period.
Changes to Terms and Policies
Our terms and policies may change from time to time. While we may notify customers of significant changes, it is advisable to review our terms periodically. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any updates or changes to our terms and policies.
Legal Disputes
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of India and handled by the Indian judicial system.
